Founded in 1982 by a group of pyro-enthusiasts, Skyburst have been major players in pushing forward the boundaries of pyrotechnics in the U.K. and have delighted millions of spectators over the years with their own unique blend of awesome power and spectacular beauty.

Every week, all year round, teams of trained and experienced firers are thrilling audiences, be it small family parties and weddings right up to massive extravaganzas and national celebrations. Skyburst were honoured to fire a display in China to commemorate the end of the Chinese new year celebrations.

This being the second time we have been asked to attend the prestigious Firework Champions competition, we are looking forward to showing off our explosive talents through the art of fire.

Star Fireworks Limited

Star fireworks are delighted to present a fantastic show at Eastnor Castle. We're competed at both Stanford Hall and Belvoir Castle but very excited to be here.

Some of our high profile clients have included Channel 4's Big Brother finale nights, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Christina Aguilera, Blue peter and Wembley Arena.

In 2010 we were awarded 1st place at the British Firework Championships in Plymouth. We will be back to compete at the Champion of Champions event in August.

Eastnor Castle has a rich tradition of high class entertaining firework displays. We hope you enjoy the very special show that we have put together for you tonight.

Shockwave Pyrotechnics
Redditch, Worcestershire

Shockwave Pyrotechnics is a family run business who are supported by a very dedicated crew. We perform numerous displays a year mainly for wedding celebrations and of course an ever increasing number of displays for Guy Fawkes and New Year and corporate events.

We've fired displays for a number of Speedway meetings at the Reading and Swindon tracks for the Sky Sports Elite League Finals, performed at a star studded charity event at Old Trafford and entertained over 5,000 girl guides at the Centenary Celebrations at Cheltenham Racecourse with a pyromusical display.

This is our second year competing at the Firework Champions event and most, if not all of our crew members will be helping us on our display at Eastnor Castle. We would also like to wish the other competing teams the best of luck.

MLE are organisers of the event and shall be firing the closing show which is not bound by the competition limits. As we love fireworks we couldn't organise an event and not fire a show - so this is the fairest way of us firing for you.

In 2005 and 2011 we achieved 1st place at the British Firework Championships and since then we have been awarded 1st and 2nd places at several competitions.

Aside from importing award winning fireworks for the UK professional market, we also manufacture one of the worlds most advanced digital firing systems, FireByWire®, allowing the precise synchronisation of fireworks to music.

In 2010 MLE produced some of the largest displays in the Midlands including the UK's largest free bonfire event. We also provided fireworks for the Sainsburys Perfect Christmas competition - as seen on TV and in the papers. It was a busy year for us and 2011 looks like it'll be even busier.
